Delivery Information
Free Delivery
Orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, are processed the same day. Orders placed after 3pm are processed the next working day.
Next Day Delivery
Applies to all orders under £200. Orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, are processed the same day. Orders placed after 3pm are processed the next working day.
Special Saturday Delivery
Orders placed before 12pm Friday are processed the same day for Saturday delivery. Orders placed after 12pm are processed the next working day.
Important Delivery Information
If you will not be home to receive your package, please update the shipping app to leave it in a safe place of your choice or with a neighbour.
Our couriers and ourselves will not accept any liability for stolen parcels left by the courier outside due to this procedure not being followed, unless it can be proven by means of CCTV. It will be at your discretion to resolve these issues as a police matter.
Failure to Pick Up Parcel
If you fail to pick up your parcel within 14 working days of the notification of the parcel's availability for pickup, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. You will be notified of the parcel's return and will be responsible for paying any additional shipping charges to have it redelivered.
